IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The premises known as 4011 Pine Street, Thorndike, Massachusetts is affected by a HOME Investment Partnerships Program Deed Rider. The purchaser of the premises will be subject to the restrictions found in this Deed Rider and shall receive a Deed Rider that shall incorporate the various restrictions.
There are three (3) pertinent restrictions:
        1) The property may not be resold for more than the "Base Price" as defined in the Deed Rider,
        2) The property must be sold to a low income individual qualified by the Department of Housing
             and Community Development ("DHCD") defined as an "Eligible Purchaser" and
        3) With the exception of a purchase money first mortgage granted in connection with the purchase,
             the property shall not be further mortgaged or refinanced without the prior written consent of DHCD.
             All parties are on notice that the foreclosure auction will be conducted subject to and in accordance
             with the terms and provisions of the above referenced restrictions.
